Our heavy investments on our state-of-the art plant near New Delhi has
the latest manufacturing machines with the aim to offer quality, consistency
as well as efficiency to our international customers.

In order to provide consistent product deliverables, we rely on automation and CNC controls. All-important machines in the process have been procured from leading machinery manufacturers of Europe.

All plastic components are molded in-house under controlled environmental conditions using the latest generation CNC molding machines giving us total control over product quality. We also take great pride in the fact that every blade is inspected under a class 100 vertical laminar flow bench in our exceptional class 10,000 clean room that far exceeds current industry standards.

Bar coding is also extensively used for automatic data capture of information regarding materials and supplies through every stage of the manufacturing process, from receipt to final sales and dispatch. This together with ERP/EDI applications facilitates greater stock control and helps us meet our deadlines, anytime and every time. Our full power back up facilities ensures uninterrupted production at all times.
